About MagicListe

Why MagicListe exists

Preparing a baby registry should be simple. In practice, among the other baby registry services we checked on their own websites on 25 September 2026, most of them ask parents to create an account, and a baby store's registry can be tied to its own catalogue: at Aubert, only products sold by the store can be bought from the list.

MagicListe was designed to remove this friction: you paste a link from any website, the product is added automatically, and parents only need an email, no password. Loved ones, for their part, access the list without signing up. All for free.

Our mission

Make gift registries open, simple and barrier-free. Concretely, four commitments:

• ✦Free: no fees, no commission on your gifts, no hidden paid features.
• ✦Multi-store: no imposed catalog, every shop is compatible.
• ✦No sign-up for loved ones, and no password for parents.
• ✦Privacy-respecting: no data resale, and a privacy policy that details what is collected, why and for how long.

So where does the money come from? Some links to shops are affiliate links: when a purchase goes through one of them, the shop pays us a commission. Never a cent more for the buyer, and never a cent taken from your gifts.

An independent project

MagicListe is an independent project, developed and published in France, launched in 2026. The service is designed as a polished, honest product: free, with no intrusive advertising and no data resale.

What MagicListe is (and isn't)

MagicListe is an online baby and gift registry service. It has no connection to the Magic: The Gathering card game, nor to the list app "MagicList". It is not a baby-goods retailer either: it is an online service that aggregates products from any store, with no imposed catalog.
